Usually, the Future Security Lab at the Einstein Center Digital Future (ECDF) offers hands-on research: Current research results on civil security are presented in a vivid and innovative way and invite visitors to participate. Since the start of the Corona pandemic, on-site visits are no longer possible, which is why the Future Security Lab at Freie Universität Berlin is now welcoming its guests virtually for the time being.
The offer is aimed at interested expert groups from politics, science, and authorities as well as organizations with security tasks. They can be guided virtually through the exhibition on a thematic focus. "The topics can range from organized crime to extreme weather events to disaster control, and can cover everything that has to do with civil security. Participants can experience the scenarios digitally and, in some cases, interactively," reports Hagen Tischer.
Anyone interested can contact Hagen Tischer or Roman Peperhove.
