The Edit-A-Thon: "Diversity in Wikipedia articles on library and information science" will take place on October 6th, 2023 from 10 am to 4 pm in the Robert Koch Forum of the Einstein Center Digital Future. The aim is to increase the visibility of topics in library and information science that deal with diversity. The Edit-a-thon will focus on aspects such as interculturality, gender and inclusion and broaden perspectives of Wikipedia contributions on library and information science. This year's Edit-a-Thon is a continuation of the interactive workshop series on Data Feminism organised by the Chair of Information Management at the Institute of Library and Information Science (IBI), which dealt with the topics of the Gender & Diversity Network of the Einstein Center Digital Future in four events.

The Edit-a-thon is funded within the framework of the Gender & Diversity Network of the Einstein Center Digital Future (ECDF).
