From October 25-26, 2023, the Hasso Plattner Institute in Potsdam will host the clean-IT Conference. The clean-IT Conference is an international platform for the exchange of ideas to make the digital world more sustainable. Representatives from politics and industry enter into a dialogue with science and civil society to discuss the pressing question of how digital technologies can support the fight against climate change and what needs to be done to reduce the carbon footprint of digitalization. 

ECDF-Professor Felix Biessmann will be part of the panel on "How to measure energy consumption of digital systems?" on the first day of the conference, starting at 5:15 pm.
