ECDF Award for “Digitalization and Diversity”: Applications open until October 31, 2026!

Since 2023, the Gender & Diversity Network of the ECDF has presented the Award for Digitalization and Diversity annually. The ECDF Award is given to the best work that addresses gender and diversity issues in the context of digitalization. This year, the deadline for submissions is October 31, 2026.

ECDF professors, their doctoral students, and postdocs are eligible to apply for the €1,000 prize. In order to recognize the broad spectrum of interdisciplinary and diverse work carried out by the ECDF, applications for work results such as exhibitions, installations, or other formats are also welcome. Last year, the prize went to Diana Tran Nhat for her publication "Expectation vs. reality: How stereotypes and expectation disconfirmation affect Job evaluations in online labor markets.“
