From City Blues to Blue-Green Futures

The City Blues final event in September will bring together project partners, experts and stakeholders to share key results, practical experiences and lessons learned from implementing nature-based solutions for urban stormwater management across the Baltic Sea region. A central focus will be the Nature Based Solutions (NBS) Model, developed as part of City Blues to support cities in planning, implementing, maintaining and monitoring nature-based solutions, while integrating stakeholder engagement and cross-sectoral cooperation into urban governance. Through presentations, discussions and a site visit to nature-based solutions around Potsdamer Platz, the event will explore how the project’s experiences can help cities scale up blue-green solutions and build more climate-resilient, biodiverse and liveable urban environments.
