In a recent survey, ECDF professor Anastasia Danilov (Humboldt University of Berlin), together with Dr. Marina Chugunova (Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition), explores how AI-based HR tools are used in companies. The two researchers are also investigating how companies deal with the associated challenges and the evaluation of such HR tools. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes and can be completed by February 20, 2021.
