The EU-TALENT Centre is organising its next online workshop, "Prepare to Lead - Leadership Training for a Successful Academic Career", which will take place from March 19-20, 2026. Interested postdocs and PhD candidates will learn and practice various aspects of leadership.

• March 19, 2026, 12:30-14:30: Presentations by selected speakers, panel discussion 

• March 20, 2026, 12:30-14:30: Introduction, working groups, presentation of group results 

The European Tech Academic LEadership Network for Transformation (TALENT) Centre empowers young generations of researchers and professionals in Digital Science and Tech to envision and establish a progressive environment where scientific excellence and technological innovation can thrive.

The Centre is a joint initiative by NCCR Automation in Switzerland, Digital Futures in Stockholm and the ECDF in Berlin.
