The monthly Brownbag Meeting is the ECDF event for networking, brainstorming, matching, and eating. All professors, associate members, and research assistants of the ECDF are invited to the meeting and to present their work. On February 2, 2026, Mareike Lister will give a talk entitled “Alternative Social Media Research: The Fediverse” as part of the Brownbag Meeting. The second presentation will be given by Judith Kohlenberger and is entitled “Migration and Digitalization: Exploring Collaboration Potential with the Research Institute for Migration and Forced Displacement Management (FORM)”.
